We make cute crap you can buy, DIY kits you can take with you to decoden at home but the real magic is when you host a Decoden party with us. With a wide variety of charms and cream glue, we bring everything to you and invite teens and adults alike to unleash their inner artist!

  • WAIT... WHAT IS DECODEN?

    Pronounced “deco - den". Decoden crafting originated in Japan, where it was originally known as "deco-den," short for "decorated” and “denwa” which is Japanese for phone. This style uses cream glue that looks like cake frosting, cabochons, charms, glitter and other decorative accouterments to decorate anything with a hard enough surface. It started with phones but now you can decorate all sorts of things.

  • WHAT TOOLS ARE USED IN DECODEN CRAFTING?

    Silicone Whipped Cream: Usually referred to as “cream glue” and it is used to make the cake frosting look.

    Rhinestones: Small, colorful, and sparkly stones that are often used to decorate decoden crafts.

    Cabochons/Charms: Flat-backed charms that come in various shapes, sizes, and colors.

    3D Charms: Mini decorative objects that are not flat on the backside.

  • We serve the Los Angeles and OC areas!

  • Yes! We have a full range of colors of cream glue including glitter and shiny options as well as many types of charms including adult items. We have also have a full range of items you can decorate but you can also bring your own things. Decoden does best on items that are somewhat inflexible/hard and on top of surfaces that are acrylic, wood, cork or hard leather.

  • It ranges depending up on the item you choose to decorate but typically it’s $45+ a person for the activity. Food, beverage, party set up are a la carte!

  • We do! We bring the items to decorate, the cream glue, all the charms your heart desires and all the supplies needed to have creative fun. We also set up and clean up.

    All you need to provide is a table for your guests.

  • The silicone cream glue can be a bit challenging to pipe properly so we recommend ages 12+.

    For the classes, all ages are welcome!

  • No! Though it can take some time to master, it is very similar to frosting a cake. We can teach you techniques or you can go for it and have some creative fun!
